- Lead time for something as simple as a single mug averages about 3-4 weeks. If it's more complicated it will take longer. I've had complex pieces take up to 3 months. 

-Payment is required up front (in full) prior to me starting your order. Once I receive payment, I will begin your order. 

-You can specify as little or as much as you would like, often times the less you specify the better the outcome. This is because I know how certain glazes play and react with certain clay bodies and how to achieve the best clarity if using overglaze decals or underglaze transfers. 

-Once you reach out with your initial request through the inquiry form or through Instagram messages, I will confirm all the details with you to make sure we are both aligned with the design and timeline. 

- Shipping costs are additional and will be charged when I am ready to ship out your product.
